A New Year
HI ALL! HAPPY NEW 2010! *I CAN HEAR U ALL CHEERING!!*
Firstly, I must apologise for the lack of posts :(
Most of us have been away for our holiday, including me,
I have enjoyed mine and i hope all of you had enjoyed your holidays too.....
..and bought souvenirs back (for me) from over the seas! :P
It's great to see that many of you (in sg) still meet up for pre/post xmas/new year gathering, right? I know you all haven't forgotten me cos i do receive SMS at Taiwan, many are from you Legacians, it's really heart warming :)
Legacy All-Stars had been formed for 8 months since April 2009.
And in year 2009 we had performed 11 performances at locations like private events, shopping mall, stadium, orchard road, bugis street, Singapore discovery center, The Padang and our own Braddell Heights CC ground!
We even took part in the Standard Chartered Cheer Day Out Competition and had won ourselves Legacy's 1st trophy, 1st Champion trophy.
So much sweat & soul for the year 2009.
8 months, 11 performances, 1 competition, 1 champion trophy. NOT YET THE END!
I'm sure each one of us are not yet satisfied with what we are now,
we all want to go further, and step on much higher and larger stones than where we are now,
learn and experience more than who we are now,
and be able to jot down & check up our cheer checklist!!
Also to expand Cheerleading as a recognised sport in Singapore, Legacy would most probably organise workshops for experienced cheerleaders and non-experience cheerleader-wannabes! Which is still undergoing planning process by our coaches and team manager. Let's await for good news!
As an update,
LAS had our first 2010 most recent Sunday training yesterday!
& it turn out well,
we went back to basics,
and our coaches taught us new transitions too.
(P.S please be punctual for next trainings!)
