Go the extra mile and you'll make a longer skid mark, that’s when you leave behind a legacy. You'll eventually bring out the best of yourself. It's never easy working with people, moreover a team. It can bring you up, and at the same time, pull everybody down.
We walk as a team, perform and progress as one. No alliances to form this team, just one team itself, So let’s choose the positive way, and stand for one another.
This is what this sport is about. Not only does it teaches us about physical exercises, stunts, jumps, dance, body awareness etc, it taught me the importance of self-discipline, self-motivation, team motivation, showing emotions to my closest teammates when we share tears and joy together.. It explained determination to me. It taught me how to plan and make goals. It subsequently matured me. It demonstrated teamwork to me. It illustrated me a team. It – being Cheerleading.
We share victory, and we share defeat. Always remember the defeats, because it will bring us to the next victory. When we work in a team, with much joy and disappointments, it is still important to focus on our/personal objective.
How much you want your team to develop depends on yourself, ourselves. Because we make up this team. Not Lenny, nor Andra, nor the committee. In fact, all of us. Our improvements and success is dependable to the amount of effort each one of us put in. Do your part as a team member, each one of us, everyone, and we will grow as one. Permitting excuses to yourself will only give you the chance to not put in your best. So stop giving yourself excuses, as this will only restrict you from going further. Broaden up your minds and your souls, allow things to come and accept things the way they are. Some things are beyond control. But take charge when the opportunities come.
For out of the world we find, success begins with a person’s will. It’s all in the state of mind. “I can do anything, if I set my mind to.”
