Exchange programn with Bangkok University Cheerleaders, Thailand
In collaboration with BU Coach P'Toey, our Head Coach Lenny had brought us a chance to have an exchange programn with Bangkok University Cheerleading Team! They are the Number One team in Thailand and won multiple Championships at National competitions.
Here's our experience travelling as team from Singapore to Bangkok!

Soon in 2 hours, we arrived in Bangkok and checked in at Imm Fushion hotel, A place to rest after our trainings!

DAY ONE
Spot some Legcians!!
Breakfast in the early morning to fill up some energy for a long day of training session with BU!

Day Two
Very sleepy?
Everyone knock out after breakfast!!!

We were all freshened up and ready for the second day of training!

Day Three
Going to BU campus!
We will have Gymnastics training for our third training..
Everyone was quite afraid cos it's our first time to be trained under a gymnastic coach who have trained students of national standards!
Through this gymnastics session, we manage to find out more on our body muscles and awareness of our body has become better! It was an efficient training and time had passed in a split eye!

Lunch !
BU Cheerleaders and management had prepared home-cooked food for all of us!
We were very touched and thankful for their kind gesture!

Day Four
Back to Seacon to continue with training!
Every time P'toey talks we would listen very attentively..
He is really sharp and precise on techniques, it was a good thing as we can improve faster with the correct
techniques..
It may look simple to form a stunt but it requires many coordination and right timing!

Last Day
Departing back to Singapore!
Thank you Lenny and committee for coordinating this exchange programn with Bangkok University cheerleaders, Thank you BU P'toey and BU members for teaching us patiently and give us advice on how to improve as well. We have learned so much from the exchange and practising the same in Singapore. We are so grateful for the chance to interated with BU. Let's work towards Nationals together and keep up the great job! We Miss BU!
